Technical requirements:
All you need is a smartphone or laptop/PC, webcam & internet. You don’t have to install anything for the video consultation, because the video consultation runs directly in your browser. When you log in to your appointment in the video consultation, the software supports you in setting up the camera and microphone.
Important: A stable internet connection is absolutely necessary for the video consultation to run smoothly.
